todo: decompose actions and update to github-action compatible images

Currently generates the asciicast (assuming local) and processes the asciicast to a GIF (assuming docker-able).  It would be vastly more useful if the two actions were discrete, each represented in their own github-action so they could be chained as part of a CI/gitops pipeline.
