Better Interceptor Documentation #21
Description
The interceptors don't have a huge amount of documentation and it would be great to expand this to cover common behaviours. Such as:
ConditionalInterceptor- how to actually use them, they only appear in the tests- How to provide your own writer in an interceptor response to handle errors/closes correctly. This would be required for logging failed requests, tracing, etc
