Update p12 bundle for tests (#1442)

Motivation:

Tests on macOS using TLS provided by Network.framework (rather than
NIOSSL) started failing because the certificate in the pkcs12 bundle
expired.

Modifications:

Update testing certs.

Result:

Tests pass.
