Improve Helix highlights

• The Mounted type constructor appears highlighted with three different colors in the example below. It's also highlighted with different colors than the 0-arity type constructor Unmounted.
• The whole record type definition has the same color.

• operators names are highlighted different without arguments:

Also highlight keywords like TODO, FIXME, etc in comments.
