Our current stance is that we don't want the Automatic Provider Cache Directory feature to automatically set TF_PLUGIN_CACHE_MAY_BREAK_DEPENDENCY_LOCK_FILE on behalf of users, as we don't want to update existing .terraform.lock.hcl files without opt-in. If I'm remembering correctly, setting that environment variable would allow that, and that might be violating the principle of least surprise.

Would the community prefer that Terragrunt automatically set that environment variable if users use the Automatic Provider Cache Directory feature?
