Add chapter References or Further Reading

Start a chapter References or Further Reading early on and gather references in it such as:

Mark Seemann. Zero-Friction TDD. Collection of Blog posts. 2008-2009. http://blog.ploeh.dk/2009/01/28/Zero-FrictionTDD/

To take care of changing internet links you could use shortened links that you are able update.

Nice idea. I saw someone use a tool for url verification - it could take the urls from the file and ping each (I'm not sure yet whether that would be sifficient). Another great idea would be to use cross-references instead of things like "in one of the previous chapters" - I have stayed away from this for some time, but now that I started dropping "home made" book snapshots that used another rendering mechanism (and I have ran into some incompatibilities between it and leanpub), it might be a good idea to get back to it.

I am currently finishing a new chapter and I will try to start gathering such references starting from there. Also, I'll add a chapter called Further Reading at the end of the book.
