Feature request: help status line, hotkey for tree view, boxdraw chars in tree view, mouse wheel #74

Hi, and thanks for NTop. Very nice!
Few requests for things which htop has, to make it a bit nicer:
- htop has a help status line, which would be nice to have, instead of having to read the docs (at least for common hotkeys).
- In htop F5 toggles tree-view, but I don't think there's a hotkey for that in Ntop.
- In htop the tree view has box-drawing chars for the indentation in Unicode mode (
│,└,├, etc) instead of ascii-7|,-, and backtick, which look nicer. - In htop the mouse wheel scrolls the list, which can be convenient.
