How to run in direct mode only?

I've set

tinc -n NETWORK Forwarding off
tinc -n NETWORK DirectOnly yes

I can still see Reachability: none, forwarded via NodeB.
My NodeB has limited transfer GB/month, I don't want it to act as a traditional VPN that forwards everything.
I prefer udp hole punching via central server but not forward via central server.
Haven't yet got any progress.

Are you using 1.1? Then this is a duplicate of #342

The Forwarding option currently has no effect on traffic between tinc 1.1 nodes using the new protocol, as everything is end-to-end encrypted.

@twisteroidambassador Yes, it's tinc-1.1pre18-install.exe, then it's a unimplemented feature, and seems I can only set maximum bandwidth limit to avoid potential traffic consume?
