Dears, for this plugin is there anyway to have report, means we need to know how many one download each file in the library
maybe i can use configurable report if you could provide me the SQL query for this order

sorry, we do not log user-downloads. There is no sql query possible to get this data.
You need a external page tracker, like Matomo, to log this data.
If we should extend our plugin to log user data please get in contact with us.
