OSD user_text_format from file

Please implement a way to source user osd text from file. Wthis feature will allow dynamically change osd text with scripts, crontab, etc.

would be great to have this, I'm playing with thingino camera on a drone using uart-tcp bridge to pass telemetry to the ground station and looking how to add it as OSD too
