Having an issue with Guardrails server + PostgreSQL:

Problem: Server requires vector and uuid-ossp extensions but they're not documented. Our enterprise PG doesn't have these installed.

Questions:
• Are these extensions mandatory?
• What features need them?
• Can they be made optional?

Enterprise environments often can't install custom PG extensions easily. Any workarounds?
