[bug] guardrails hub install hub://guardrails/competitor_check install not working, other guardrails install is successful!

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. run guardrails hub install hub://guardrails/competitor_check
2. it just keeps running

Expected behavior
installation should be successful

Library version:
guardrails-ai 0.6.7

@Parth94 I'm currently unable to reproduce this issue. Would you mind sharing some additional information regarding your setup including:

• Python version
• Operating System
• Are you using a virtual environment and if so what kind (venv, conda, etc.)?

Windows 11 OS
no virtual environment -- directly running commands from jupyter notebooks (anaconda)
looks like issue is with installing wheel for blis, tried installing that separately but still failing

@Parth94 Thanks for the additional information! I'm able to produce a similar error now when using Python 3.13. We do not officially support 3.13 yet, but we are working towards a release for this.

If possible I would recommend downgrading to python 3.12 for now.

@Parth94 We just released version 0.0.2 of CompetitorCheck. This allows updated versions of numpy and spacy and also has the side effect of allowing it to work in python 3.13. The core guardrails-ai package still doesn't "officially" support python 3.13 but the tests and examples are working.
