NAS space allocated for users

Develope the functionality for allocate disk space consumed by users.
Features are:

• Space defined globally (in bytes);
• Space allocated to users:
  • For each specific user, for external users (other NAS) or to all users (or combining "all without" specific users and/or external users);
  • Space allocated is in bytes or a percentage of the space globally established
