Longhorn (RWM) + External Postgres + HA

• Would the following setup be reasonable?
• Have you used it before?
• Does it work well?
• What issues, if any, do you face?

I am thinking of running a HA VaultWarden atop Longhorn (Read-Write-Many) with an external Postgres Database.

Currently, I have a single instance running with the embedded database. However, I occasionally need to restart the pod because the storage goes into read-only mode. Before I make the efforts to deploy this in HA, I wanted to make sure it was worth the efforts.
