screenreader with nav/tabs

HI, has anyone has tried to implement the guidepup on an spa that contains nv/tab? The idea is if nav/tab is detected, have nvda also read the content as well as all the content of the site. Normally . nvda just read the site line by line on whats already visible , in case for tab/nav, nvda by default will read the content of that active by default tab.But I need nvda also to open all other tabs and read the contents as well.
