Its somewhat confusing even with the code what units are being measured throughout the pipeline, a data dictionary declaring the units used and what the columns mean would be beneficial.

Additionally, a second key for how the taxa are resolved to common early/late stage units would also be beneficial.

So documentation wise, the provenance reporting gets you up to the point where you would begin making the seasonal variations to get anomalies. There still is no documentation or pipeline for the MAB data.
