Stream capture without buffering

I'd like to capture a reading from an SPI flash clocked at 50MHz.
Is it possible to do this without buffering the capture?
I don't think the software supports it, but does the firmware currently support it?
With 400MHz, I shouldn't have any problems capturing a 50MHz signal.

The problem is the USB on the Pico, is too slow, only up to 128Kb/s approx.
