Some automation to update the database that contains the IP

Hello.

I noticed that the database for this repository doesn't have any automated data update system.

IP addresses assigned to a specific country can be rented or sold at any time. And any company that owns a block of IPv4 or IPv6 addresses can rent or sell it to another company in a different country.

Thanks for the advice @ramonpaolo, I'll try to create a feature to receive updates and build new images periodically
