Display only works when raspberry pi username == "pi"

I just tested a fresh vanilla install using the old rpi-imager. The docker containers started, but could not connect to the display. Presumably this is because of the hard-coded mappings in the config for the mm container.

Since this is primarily designed for single-purpose machines, suggest a note in the Readme is all that's necessary.

I tested this with the 2 latest images

with Pi Imager v1.9.6 and user mm and everything works out of the box.

Which username did not work and which image did you use?
