Suggestions on UI #31
Description
(1) as mentioned in another issue, the app is now dramatically slowed down probably due to the large size of the background picture. we may want to use a smaller image or a simple color
(2) RequestDetailActivity may need some colored border system to separate the description, listview and GoogleMap sections
(3) the comment list view may need some codes to differentiate the owner of a comment by color
(4) the "fab"/mail_icon should probably be moved to the top-right corner.
