Hello team,
I'm trying to look back to the reads from where the variant call has been generated, but i see there is lot of difference in reads when compared with .readinfo file to the main .bam file which was given command.
couple of doubts about format:
bt_sample chr21 5328377 5328396 1_D00360:94:H2YT5BCXX:1:1102:3687:79357 ENCLOSE 4 1
-
So, if the "1" is present in the mate information, is that mean there is read1 and read2 involed in calling the variant.
-
How can i know which reads were realigned while calling the variant.
sorry if i confused you, can you please open a disscusion.
thanks for your time, i really appreciate your help.
regards,
kiran.
