libavdevice requirement #143

Hello,
Libavdevice isn't listed as a requirement on the readme, but it is listed as a dependency in the CMakeLists file and Ubuntu dependencies. It doesn't look like it is being used for anything other than for the initialization code, so would you be open to making it an optional component or excluding it?
