Create Metrics UI

Description
The final part of our project will be to add an admin Metrics page to allow the logged in Admin to view stats about the website such as how many unique visitors per day as well as which POI's have the most activity per day. We are waiting for the FE Designs from the designers which we will get this Saturday so please don't start on this issue until after that if you can.

Acceptance Criteria
Create a new Page /metrics that will display stats about the website.
