Description
Adults can't sign for other adults. However, sometimes groups of adults will want to register for an event as a group, using just a single registration. We need a way for users to register for an event and indicate that they will be having multiple party members coming with them, but not have a waiver/signature for those other party members, as they will be signing in person when they get to the event IRL.

Acceptance Criteria
Make it so that when a user is registering for an event, there is another button below the add dependent button where a user can optionally add up to five guests. The user will need to enter the names of each of these guests, and the guests will still be added to the list of visitors for an event, updating the attendance counter. However, it is imperative that we do not associate the signature of the user with these party members.

Additional Information
If you could also make this feature so that in the edit event visitor list there is some sort of indication that the additional people are part of a party with the user, and that they have not yet signed a waiver that would be great. Thanks so much!
