- Some way to tag tickets that are resolved
- Potentially a button/dropdown in the user-facing msg. will require making that
App Home dashboard for question tags
- List of qtags (use dividers to divide) with label, non-closed tagged Qs, total tagged Qs, tagged Qs last week perhaps
- Edit label of qtags
- Merge qtags
- See untagged questions and easily tag them

- Make team tags persist in the selector between reloads, like qtags do (if possible)
- Tag question tags with team tags, so a team tag gets applied automatically when a question tag is applied
- createdBy field on tags so we know who made em
- sort tags in dropdown by how common they are
- creating a question tag from the backend message should probably add it to that question
