• イベントオーナーや外部コントラクトからMintRallyの該当イベントの参加者の情報を取得しやすいように関数を追加する
• イベントの参加者がそのイベントに参加したかを外部から取得する関数を作る

• isParticipant(address _addr, uint256 _eventId) returns (bool) のような形で 指定されたアドレスがイベントIDを持っているかどうかをチェックする
• IMintNFT.sol にこの関数のインターフェースを追加する
