Feature Request: label issues

👋 To enable issue triage, I'd like to be able to:

• list issues that are (un)labelled
• label issues

Do you think these are a good fit / in scope for this project?

That's a great idea! Can you think of good ways to make this accessible through the CLI? Could you post some example usage snippets please? 🚀

I guess there's two ways we could go here (both of which involve introducing a new issues entrypoint):

issues fetch and issues sync
OR

issues list enhancement
<terminaltables: issue#, title, labels> 

issues label 5 "good first issue"
