React summernote and bootstrap version are not compatible

Hello ,

I have an issur with the styling. The 'style' select options are not supposed to be looking like that :

also the modals

btw for the css I only changed the modal's position ; .note-modal .modal-dialog { margin-top : 14%; }
for the versions , I have :
