DEV - Update Search, Filters, Text fields and Tooltips

Overview

We need to implement changes on the search and filters modal so that all text fields are readable and consistent with each other.

We are modifying the drop down and search bar modals according to design tickets:

• UXR - Copy Audit of Search and Filter Modal #1978
• UXD - Design Implementation of Copy Audit of Search and Filter Modal #2007

Action Items

• Report to assigned tickets
• On search modal, add a divider / vertical line between the "Filter" section and "Search by address" sub-section.
