DR: GHA centralization: Which workflows to include?

Overview

We need to decide which GHA workflows we may want to include in the centralization project, both to plan the implementation and to determine which label keys need to be included.

Background

In the Monday devs meeting, 10/27/25, Bonnie, Will, and the team reviewed the current Website GitHub Actions workflows and decided which are candidates for making available to the rest of Hack for LA, each workflow's priority to the organization, and whether the workflow used labels designated as "Series":

The priorities are as follows:

• MUST HAVE:
  • "Add Update Label Weekly" (aka "Schedule Friday 0700")
  • "Update Label Directory"
    • incl. "Flag Issues Unlabeled After Deletion"
  • "Issue Trigger"
    • NOTE: likely needs to be broken down further...
  • "Schedule Monthly" incl. "WR Schedule Monthly"
• SHOULD HAVE:
  • NOTE: possibly could combine???
  • ("PR Verification"- see COULD HAVE)
  • "Pull Request Trigger" incl. "WR Pull Request Trigger"
  • "Set PR Labels" incl. "WR Set PR Labels"
  • "PR Instructions" incl. "WR PR Instructions"|
