BUG: “Pending” Suggestions/Corrections Not Displayed on the Top of the Organization Details Page

Overview

We need the records marked as pending to remain in the organization details edit main page, so that they can be visable for continuing work.

Details

When an Admin User navigates from the Verification Admin page to a specific organization’s details page, only suggestions/corrections with status “New” are displayed pinned at the top of the page.
 Suggestions/corrections marked as “Pending” are not displayed in this pinned section. Instead, they appear only under the “Suggestion History” tab. This is incorrect.
 
Both “New” and “Pending” statuses represent open items that require action.
As such:

• Open items (New and Pending) must be displayed pinned at the top of the organization’s details page.
• Closed items (Incorrect and Confirmed) must appear only in the “Suggestion History” tab.
• Open items should appear both pinned at the top and within the Suggestion History tab.
   
  The current behavior causes Pending items to be overlooked, increasing the risk of missed actions.
   
   

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as an Admin User via “Volunteer Login” on the Food Oasis homepage.
2. Navigate to: https://foodoasis.la/admin/verificationadmin
3. Scroll to the “Suggestions” column (rightmost column).
4. Sort the Suggestions column in descending order.
5. Click the name of an organization with at least one suggestion (e.g., “My Friends House LA”).
6. On the organization details page:
   • Observe that only “New” suggestions/corrections are pinned at the top.
7. Click the “Suggestion History” tab:
   • Observe that “Pending” items appear here along with closed items (Incorrect, Confirmed).

Testing Note:

If needed, modify only suggestions/corrections labeled as TEST to change their status for validation. Do not modify non-test records.
 
 

Expected Results 

• All open suggestions/corrections (New and Pending) must appear pinned at the top of the organization details page.
• Open items must also appear in the Suggestion History tab.
• Only closed suggestions/corrections (Incorrect, Confirmed) should appear exclusively in Suggestion History.

Actual (Current) Results

• Only “New” suggestions/corrections appear pinned at the top.
• “Pending” suggestions/corrections appear only in Suggestion History.
