Product/DB: Epic: Create issues to make seed data

Overview

We need to create issues for making seed data, so that we can make sure all seed data tables needed get completed.

Action Items

• Create issues for each row on sheet (resource 1.01.01) using the template (resource 1.02)
  • Use the milestone prioritization from the spreadsheet for each issue for the Milestone field on the issue
  • Copy the Purpose from the sheet into the template
  • labels
    • Use the Stakeholders column to know which stakeholder ("s:") label to use
    • Add issue to sub issues
• Close this epic once all issues are made.
