Where we left off on the discussion was to maybe have a group of multicultural people who are all dressed for work and put a word cloud above them where the words veteran and good employee are larger and bolder. Other words in the cloud could be

Here is my suggestion. Ironically it's a photo of a British vet. But the license works.

It is an OGL (open government license) picture.
