Bug: FAQ & About: drag and drop feature working poorly

Describe the bug

When you try to use the drag feature on pages that use the CMS it does not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to FAQ
2. Click and hold down the drag icon
3. try to move the icon to another section
4. See error

Actual Result

the page jumps around but does not move where you want

Expected Result

It allows the faq's to move normally

• Fix bug.
