Describe the bug

The spacing of the filter icons for each column on the My Projects page is incorrect/inconsistent with the Manage Submissions and Submissions pages.

Details

The new layout should be the following, where M is a space.

if there is a filter applied
{column name}M{sort}M{filter}

if there is no filter applied
{column name}M{filter}

This issue is labeled as time sensitive only because it affects user testing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as Admin to dev
2. Go to the My Projects page
3. Open the Manage Submissions page in a new tab
4. Notice how the filter icons appear after a larger gap in the Project Name column on the My Projects page as compared to the Manage Submissions page

Expected Result

The filter icon for all column names on all pages should appear after a standard gap.

Action Items

• Fix bug.
• Review with development lead.
• Review with product, development, and research teams. Update if needed based on feedback.
• Once finalized, add a slide to the staging deck (see resources)
