Create a project card: Access the Data

Overview

We need to add a new project.md file and its related assets to the website so this project can recruit new volunteers.

Action Items

• Make a new markdown file using the template and add it to the /_projects folder
• Add the assets to the /assets/images/projects folder
• Add a screen shot to the issue here and an update to the stakeholder's issue so that they can accept the changes
