Add favicon back into the header

The gh-pages version of the site is missing its favicon. The code from master needs to be reviewed to see/replicate the favicons inclusion into the gh-pages version on the head.html page in the _includes folder.

The image may or may not need to be copied over depending on if it uses a unique image that is not already being used on the site.
