Update message developer_complexity_reminder.md #7941

Description

Overview

We need to update the message in the "Issue Trigger" GHA to remove the exception text that allows volunteers to repeat the ladder so that we don't get all of our good first issues taken by people who don't ever want to move on.

Details

When a developer assigns themselves to an issue, the bot checks whether the dev has already completed issues of the same size. If so, the bot un-assigns the dev and posts a comment on the issue telling the dev that they have already completed that size of issue and that they need to work on the next size. The current message suggests that devs may be allowed to work on more issues of the same size if they want to 'redo the ladder'. We need to remove this part of the comment- devs are not allowed to 'redo the ladder'.

Action Items

Open the file develop-complexity-reminder.md1

  • Remove all text starting with P.S. There is an exception... through the end of the file
  • Since we are not changing the functionality of the GitHub Actions, this issue does not require GHA testing.
