This epic needs three issues to be made from it

• Remove Sudha Raamakrishnan from leadership of the Ops CoP Update CoP: Ops - Remove Sudha Raamakrishnan #8119
• Change the name of the CoP to DevOps
• Change the url of the github repo from https://github.com/hackforla.org/ops to https://github.com/hackforla.org/devops
  • This issue will require a manual intervention by Org rep, to change the repo name right before it gets merged.
