Update Github handle for Santiago Vidal: Website

Overview

We need to update the GitHub handle for the Website Merge team member from @santisecco to @santiseccovidal so that the website displays the correct GitHub profile link for the contributor.

Action Items

• Open the file _projects/website.md in the IDE.
• Locate the following lines of code:

Replace with:
