Update Project Profile Picture: Hack For LA #979

Overview
We need to update the picture for the HfLA Website team on the projects so that we can maintain a consistent picture quality across all the teams.
Action Items
- First, UX/UI & Product need to align on the type of picture that we want to have.
- UX/UI will bring a couple of options as far as possible new pictures to choose from/
- Last, a picture is finalized among team leadership;
