I reached out to Mahmudul and Pras on Slack to connect about community outreach from 311 team.

Spoke with Pras today:

• They do not have a list of NC contacts - pointed me to Empower Councils
• They do not have the list of those have participated in past outreach - has been trying to get ahold of John Ritchie to get that list.
