Deep Live Cam does not use nearly 100% performance of the GPU when live

Hello,
is it normal that Deep Live Cam don´t use 100% of the GPU performace when live?
Because I only get around 10 FPS on a RTX 2070 with 30% off use off the GPU.
Also when I aktivated the options "Face Enhancer" and "Many Faces" the FPS goes down to around 3 FPS and the GPU got 60% use.
In both cases the V-Ram is not nearly fully loaded.
