cafetutorial_longest_iso.py produces the empty outfile

Hi!
When I ran cafetutorial_longest_iso.py to get the output,I found that my output were empty,and I'm sure that my input files are not empty.Does it matter that my inputs are amino acids files?Your guidance and help will be greatly appreciated！
