Cat-angular: component outputs are not recognized by IDE

Describe the bug
intellij highlights angular catalyst components' outputs as not recognizable. Example of error
"Event catClick is not emitted by any applicable directives nor by element"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Intellij or another IDE,
2. Use cat-button in any template with catClick output handles
3. See Intellij error "Event catClick is not emitted by any applicable directives nor by element"

Expected behavior
No error.

Additional context
When stencil generates angular component it adds outputs to the separate interface which extends component interface. Seems like Intellij can't parse, need to investigate if it's on our side or on Stencil side? Maybe it's on Stencil side but it's configurable.

This PR in stencil github looks promising stenciljs/output-targets#690, let's wait until it's merged and released
