feat: Add multilingual support and privacy policy pages

- Add Turkish and English language support
- Create privacy policy pages (privacy.html, privacy-en.html)
- Implement language detection and switching functionality
- Restructure screenshots by language (tr/en folders)
- Add navigation links for privacy pages
- Fix language switching errors on privacy pages
- Update README with multilingual features
- Remove footer section as requested
