Add regex support for app's name (command)

It's helpful to have regex support on command as well. My use case is terminating a package that is managed by snap with a self-updating path e.g. /snap/firefox/6495/usr/lib/firefox/firefox.

Also 8fbcbf8 only initializes a single regex, thus any pattern after the first one is ignored inside config.toml. This patch fixes that too.

Made a few further adjustments, so just gonna leave this here.

• Mutex not needed as we're not updating the map in run time, initialize regexes in main before loop
• Do regex string transformation only once, at the time of creating TempApps
• Use AppSting enum to reduce the cost of string ops in loop
• Changed macro's name, and kept it for the sake of continuity, but we can completely get rid of it, your call

With this you can have time slots which span the next day, e.g. 09:00 PM till next day 06:00 AM as [21:00:00, 06:00:00].

And again thank you for taking time to make this app better, I was working on a new version that uses BPF to hook on exec syscalls, hopefully this weekend will finish the basics and push it here 😄
