Hello, I love this plugin.
I have 2 questions:

1. I have, for all my hosts, a host.vars.ref_email field and I would like to display it in the message. What is the best method

Can I remove the user nagios@......

i think you cant my box is called nagios and since the nagios worker uses a user called nagios you get ..
nagios@nagios , you can only supress this if you are using email notifications using postfix or send mail.
