How to have multiple series in one time-series

As per README.md, to have a time-series with this plugin, you need to have a value key in the aggregation JSON.
However, my use case necessitates multiple series on one plot. How to achieve it with your plugin? Screenshot on project description page suggest that it should be possible.

Each row can have "name" which indicates the category/label

The “name” is either New York or Los Angeles. So the graph has two lines. One for NY another for LA
