Color matrix selection in ld-analyse #1018

Analog video color standards have changed over the years. There exists recordings that use these older color standards. Currently, ld-analyse provides no option to change which color matrix is used to convert to RGB.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a dropdown in ld-analyse that allows the color matrix to be selected so the preview window can show the decoded video with this selected color matrix.
Additional context
I'm not a color expert, there may be more things to change or perhaps my terminology is incorrect..., but it's pretty obvious to me when the colors are incorrect.
Contribution
I can put in a PR, but it won't be useful to me until vhs-decode updates to use the latest laserdisc tools.
